Yellow Coris Wrasse (Halichoeres chrysus)

A bright yellow reef fish native to the Indo-Pacific. It grows to about 4–5 inches and is known for its constant foraging for small pests like flatworms and bristleworms. Peaceful and active, it thrives in mature aquariums with ample rockwork and open swimming space. Because it sleeps buried in sand, it requires a fine sand bed for proper care and to feel safe. Without it, they're more prone to jump, but can jump regardless, so having a tight top is also recommended.
