Our Livestock Process

Our Process is Simple: Get healthy fish to you as quickly as possible.

We receive shipments in smaller batches to ensure service, quality, and competitive prices. Our efficient operations allow us to keep prices reasonable while maintaining quality.
The fish come in from our long-time top-tier suppliers, and we send out an announcement to showcase our new arrivals. Fish are placed into our medicated systems, which isolate most of the fish from one another. INFO: Most problems show up within days of introduction to captivity, especially in medicated water, which is why we hold, medicate, and monitor for at least 3-4 days before sending to you.
While they are in the tanks, the water is treated with therapeutic levels of medication, and the food we feed is also fortified with vitamins and medication to address any underlying or unseen issues.
The ordered livestock is then sent to you after final inspection and feeding, and we'll never send you any unhealthy items.
